Arkansas football has revealed the key dates for their upcoming spring game and beyond, marking a fresh start under the leadership of new head coach Ryan Silverfield. On March 15, the team will kick off their first spring practice, culminating in the highly anticipated spring game on April 25. This game holds extra significance as it will be the first official spring event since 2024, with last year's cancellation due to weather.
The Razorbacks are leaving no detail untouched, as they've also announced special events for the 2026 season. The Sept. 19 showdown against Georgia will see Razorback Stadium transformed with a 'Stadium Stripe Out' theme. And that's not all—the following week, on Sept. 26, the Hogs will celebrate 'Family Weekend' against Tulsa, inducting new members into the Hall of Honor.
But here's where it gets exciting for fans. On Oct. 10, the Tennessee Volunteers come to town, and it's set to be a day of appreciation for the Razorback Foundation. And mark your calendars for Oct. 31, as the annual Battle Line Rivalry takes a new slot, with the Missouri Tigers visiting Fayetteville for homecoming.
The season continues with a nod to history and patriotism. On Nov. 14, the South Carolina Gamecocks will be in town, and the Hogs will honor the military while celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. Then, the traditional Battle for the Golden Boot against LSU returns on Nov. 29, marking the regular season finale and Senior Day.
Coach Silverfield has his work cut out, taking over a program that struggled last year with a 2-10 record, leading to the midseason firing of former coach Sam Pittman. But with a new coach and a fresh start, the Razorbacks are ready to write a new chapter.
